The Humane Society for Shelter Pets recognizes that pet shelters and rescue groups all over America work tirelessly to help homeless animals find homes. Unfortunately, many of these organizations are in chronic need of additional funding.

Now you can do your part to help out local shelters by joining the HSSP’s Shelter Sweethearts Photo Contest.

One GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be able to choose an eligible animal charity that will receive $3,000 from HSSP.

Five other First Prize Winners will be able to choose an eligible animal charity to receive $1,000 from HSSP.

The winners are determined by the highest average score that receives enough votes. For more details, see the Official Rules.
